Non Executive Director

Vasilis A. Kailis possesses extensive experience with several multinational companies in managerial positions. Since 2011, Vasilis has been running Fidufield Ltd, a company focusing on corporate management, administration and consulting. As the company is involved with global corporations and clients, Vasilis is following closely international business regulations, legal matters, political developments and strategies as well as financial and banking reviews.

At the same time, as of July 2014, Vasilis serves in the Board of Directors of One Plus Capital Ltd (OPC) as a non-executive director bringing his knowledge and experience in the financial sector to enhance the oversight and monitoring of the company’s operations and performance.

As a non-executive director of OPC, Vasilis is responsible to review and approve various important reports such as the company’s projected and actual financial performance and anti-money laundering manuals. Vasilis is also responsible for attending all board meetings and giving his professional judgment on various issues and matters concerning OPC.
